O2, I have had no signal for days. Your tracker tells me a mast is down in my area (DY3 area). Please can you let me know when this will be resolved as it seems to be taking a very long time. Do you have people working on the issue?

O2 will not tell you that @GAS 

You can be sure they are doing the best they can to get the mast up and running asap, but you won't get a timescale for the repairs.

Register on the status page for updates and they'll text you with any news they have.

That’s disappointing. It’s been at least 3 working days so far. I will keep reporting how long we have to wait. It would be good to know someone has begun the repairs needed.

Lots of factors can effect repairs, such as the nature of the fault, availability of spares and even access to land the mast is situated on.
