I have been told I need an sim as I have a new phone which will be emailed to me. But now I have no signal on my phone at all and I need this for my business

This is O2 following their crazy system of turning off your old SIM the minute they send out the new one.

We advise people to go into an O2 store with photo ID to swap there without loss of service.

You could try contacting O2, but saying it is business will not get you anywhere if it is a standard domestic account

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , X Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
