I got my new phone yesterday set it all up fine but had no signal all day can’t make calls or send normal text messages and can’t use my 4G

Did you do a sim swap to the new sim card? or did you just put it in the phone?

 

You can use your old sim card in the phone or do a sim swap following the instructions in the new sim wallet or following this guide Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
