We have had no signal for the last 2 days and can’t access the status to check for faults. The signal disappears when we enter Dursley. Gl11. This is all the 02 phones in our household

Hi @Rachaeljenkins - all the truobleshoiting steps you can try are here: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and if you have WiFi at home, you can try to use VoWifi until O2 get you sorted: https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
