Hi
On Friday I changed my contract to simm only as suggested by an O2 representative who rang me.
Now I have no signal and no wi fi.
I spoke to someone yesterday about the lack of wi fi and I’m am being sent a new SIM card but now I have no signal either, so phone useless.
I need this all working by Tuesday evening as I am going away for a few days on my own and I need a working phone!!
