Frequently there is “no service” in my phone - this is occurring more and more . I am currently selling a property and as a consequence I am missing really important calls . Furthermore when callers do get through most of the time they can’t hear me , the line is crackling , the call is disconnected. My partner has none of these problems with his phone so the problem has to be with the network or the physical phone . Extremely dis satisfied , please advise
