We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If you want to contact Customer Service for PAYG, you'll need to dial 4445 or 0344 8090222. Although as you say that you have contacted them on numerous occasions, you are probably well aware of that. 👍
Have you done all of the routine things such as checking that you have got credit ? Have you tried restarting your handset ?
