No service number change now both phones off

What's going on had temp number on new contract told number change be complete in 24 hrs now 4 days later both phones off no service shocking service

Well this was another pointless avenue o2 direction I point too from o2 no more I just terminating contract had 4 days no service

You can use 4G or WiFi calling if at home: https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
