Hi.
i work outside and am getting service/signal issues which I don’t normally have. No connectivity, can’t make or receive calls and texts etc. Only works in WiFi areas. Is there a simple fix? Are my settings right?

North Herts location. I cannot now make or receive calls either with 02, my provider. At least 2 days outage, with no service either indoors or outside. First try with customer service did not resolve problem with suggested reset of network settings on phone. This failed. Thereafter tried turning off and on, resetting again. No difference. Cannot get through to customer service today; left on hold for blocs of 20 minutes plus. I have missed incoming calls (only known about through online chats etc). I wonder if 02 bothers to check this site?
