Hello. I’m extremely infuriated that I’m unable to receive calls and call anyone with this atrocious network. I have 1 bar in a good day on my cellular service. This is getting completely out of hand. I’m unable to call o2 to report this issue BECAUSE I HAVE NO RECEPTION, before this was fine and was never an issue. But how am I supposed to get calls from my work, GP and from family if you cannot even provide me with the most important thing you can even give to a customer!!! Where I can’t even add my proof of photo of the issue to you on this either.

i want this resolved asap or I’ll be leaving you as this is no way to treat your customer. No I’m not able to utilise WiFi calling either. Because apparently my phone is blocked even though I bought my phone directly from Apple (this is iPhone 13 Pro at the latest update 17.1.1) so no it’s not the phone. It’s your network that doesn’t even let me connect to WiFi calling… fix it.

@Kamile21

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

O2 need to enable wifi calling on your account first.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
