So I currently have an iPhone 11 pro max, around 2pm today I upgraded to a iPhone 13 via live chat. All went well until around 9pm when I now no longer have any signal. I got a pop up message saying “O2 has disabled 4G wifi calls” Is this normal ?

Drop down to 3G for now. If no improvement by tomorrow, then you may need a new sim. You can get one instore If you take ID.

It happens often when O2 are working on a mast in your area.

This can also happen with a network issue O2 Service Status

Reboot your phone and check it again.
