I’ve had no network coverage at all at home for last week. Internet is fine so not the problem but cannot make or receive calls. Impossible to speak to anyone in 02 and network checker just seems to say the 4g coverage is good.. it’s not that I’m talking about!! I want to be able to report my problem but go round in circles with no way of doing it or speaking to anyone! So frustrating!
