My direct debit for o2 goes out of an account that I don’t use but always forget to change it over so I paid my bill yesterday which was late, the payment has gone through so I owe nothing but I have turned my phone off and on multiple times and I still don’t have access to anything when not connected to WiFi and can not make calls or text either, when it diverts my call it says I owe £0 and cuts the phone line off and I need access to my phone ASAP for work so what can i do?

You need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 from any other phone, as it can take upto 48 hours for service to be restored following late payment.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
