I upgraded today, transferred everything over but I have no 5G signal, nothing at all.

Did you put your old sim card in the new phone? or do a sim swap to the new sim card (as you need a 5G sim card to use 5G) ? Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
If you still have no connection in the morning then you will need to contact o2, if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
