I cannot connect to a network in the USA.

4G calling, data roaming, auto connect, travel bolt all turned on. How do I get coverage?

The only way to get in touch with O2 is via Instagram and they say someone will look at it in 72hours, which isn't much use to me.

Only customers here so all we can offer is what we have found

Make sure all roaming on you phone is switched on

Some things to try:

Manually search for another network

Reboot the phone

Turn off 5g in network settings

If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Andrew25

Manually connect to T-Mobile network.

AT&T has been problematic lately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
