No network after update

Hi,it's 3rd time I'm completely loosing network after an update.Only around 2 weeks ago I lost all my date because I had to reset my phone to factory settings and today it happened again.I have a child with special needs and complex health needs,I always need to be able to make a call and receive a call

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
