No internet access in NE33XF Area

Have had no internet in this area for days now ..Mast problem apparantly ..I get a message to my phone  that says they made need another 7 days after having 5 already .. When will there be a fix to the problem please?

@Jetsons21 This is a customer community. No one here would have an answer to that, and it's rare for O2 to give any timeline for a mast repair.
