No internet, I have top up yesterday

My tariff was 30 pound per month but yesterday I changed with 20 tariff per month but nothing happens so I too up with 30 pound and my internet started to work again. This morning my internet stop to work and I went on my account of O2 and saw the message to top up my tariff of 20 pound, I have already paid I won t pay two times, what I have to do?
