Hi I have an iPhone 13 and all my incoming calls show No caller ID Have been given the run around by customer service been told different things I just want it resolved can you help. I do have a sim only different number with O2 on my account when I put that in my iPhone 13 it works great but not my main number where I have unlimited data  🙈🙈🙈🙈

It's nothing to do with Apple.

Your O2 account needs resetting.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Same issue for me. O2 have told me its an apple issue (i have updated IOS etc) Vodafone sim works in the phone fine - I have reset phone on numerous occasions (including hard rest)  with no luck. Did you manage to resolve?
