No Signal indoors

My mobile is with Virgin and since they tied up with O2 all I get when I'm indoors is "emergency calls only" if I go outside and wait a while I get 1 bar signal. The annoying thing with this is that I live in a coastal area and during the summer season O2 bring in a temp mast to boost signal to look after the holiday makers but what about the residents!! When Virgin was using EE I never had a problem so is there anything I can do apart from move provider?

They are moving everyone across over the next few months, as they are closing the EE agreement and everyone will be on  Vodafone, so you have no choice I am afraid.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Virgin Mobile uses EE's coverage for 4G customers and Vodafone's for 5G ones.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I have just been on a call to Virgin and they tell me that the reason I am having problems is because my account has been switched to the Vodaphone network which I find odd as I do not have 5G in my area and I cannot see that happening for a long time.
