I have just renewed my contract on 17 June 2023 for 24 months for my existing O2 contract.

From that day I'm facing an abnormal problem. All incoming Calls are showing as Unknown Caller or No Caller ID. I've gone through all the suggested steps prescribed by the O2 call centre several time and have swapped the SIM with Samsung phone as well, by the way, I use iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I put this SIM to my Samsung Mobile and test calling from other numbers, Call displays as Private Caller!

O2 said one Mast near my house is not working well and they're trying to get access to the property and fix soon. But this problem is not with the Mast itself at all! This is exotic Technical Glitch!

I'm facing another problem that lots of my saved numbers has been missing!

I took iCloud backup before delete all data from my mobile.

I've already checked with Apple Store, Stratford, London. They checked the iPhone and found no faults.

The core problem with the Network Provider O2 itself!

I haven't seen any visible steps from o2 yet!

Can anyone help me please.

@Matiar

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

This may take a few days to sort - why not reach out via DM or private messenger on the Twitter or Facebook links in the URL just below this post, @Matiar? It sounds like a setting in your O2 Account needs to be changed - and nobody here on the forum has that level of access. Good luck!
