Hi guys!

I know there have been a few posts regarding this on the forum that have been sorted by O2 account reset, I have been contacting customer services now for over 10 days and they have not helped at all. 

I have factory reset phone, had new sim card from o2, tried another sim in my phone and my sim in another phone. It’s absolutely chaos.

 


i have disabilities and my daughter is disabled and I require the ability to know who’s calling me, and especially have the ability to leave voicemails. This isn’t available either. 

please can someone at o2 help?

I’m already messaging @Debs68 hopefully it won’t be long until everything’s sorted.

My working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 18:00

Just tried sending you this @O2Lisa But it will not send so here it is :

Got my Hubby on the case and he deleted the eSim and re added it and all is workign fine now.

 

Thank you for all your help, Don't know what the issue was in the end, but all is good for now lol 

 

I need a new eSim pack as. I have the new iPhone 14 Pro on order and have read I cannot use this one with a new phone? What's the best way to go about ordering one please?

We can either send you one out in the post or you can collect one from an O2 store with some photo ID.
