No 4G signal at all!

Absolutely struggling to get any 4G signal at home when off wifi, only 3G and can’t browse the internet at all. Was told there was a previous issue where the mast needed to be tilted to ensure we get 4G coverage and 6 months down the line still nothing. Something need to be done about this!!!

Have reported this to o2 and they just knocked money off a bill but now I’m looking to switch it still hasn’t been sorted and the service has been awful!

I am struggling with the same thing, I have loads of data left yet nothing is loading when I try and use 4g
