I bought an Nintendo switch on Monday and it came today. Im paying it Monthly however I have paid £30 upfront payment but it says it's now a direct debit of £30 even though I want to pay £15 a month. I've tried to pay for it on my O2 app but nothing comes up with how  to pay at all. Can someone help. I just want to make my first payment

Payment will be taken by direct debit so you don't need to pay manually.

If you do pay, you may end up paying twice.

All ways to pay bills here (for info) Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
