I have put SIM card in my iPad, logged into my o2 account, tried to get my six months free Disney channels and it says it’s sending me a code to verify it’s me. I’m not receiving a code, for some reason which I don’t know what I’m not receiving text messages. Can you help please, I’m not very savvy with tech things so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

iPads cannot receive sms messages so you need to put the sim in a phone to get the code.

Can you try the sim in a phone and see if you get the code?
