Hello. I’ve recently upgraded and followed the step by step to transfer my number over from my old phone/ sim. O2 said it would take 24 hours but it’s been longer. And I can’t even ring them as the calls are failing both phone have no signal

Hi @Callywoods89 do you have WiFi access from the phone to be able to contact O2 via the O2 app or on social media links as below
