Hi,
I have recently upgraded my phone but have had to add all my data from old phone manually as I cannot get my old phone to work anymore, so all my photos and videos cannot transfer to my new one, Is there anyway I can get my old phone to work again so I can transfer everything to my new one? I thought if I get a new sim card sent it might work, can you suggest anything please?

To offer you suggestions we'd need to know what phone you have and what's wrong with it?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The sim card doesnt control content on the phone.

If Android check if it has backed up to Google
If Apple check if it has backed up to iCloud.

If neither of these then your data may be lost for ever, unless you can get one of the data recovery companies to try and get the data off of the device.

Other than that without knowing the Manufacturer and Model we cant give any more help apart from the generic info i gave above.
