I just got my new SE 2020 to replace my old 6s (both on O2). I want to keep my number, is the best way to move the sim in my old phone to my new one? Or do I need to use the new sim with the new phone and then switch back to my original number? (Not great with technology...)

Just use your old sim in the new phone for ease.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I've done that now thanks. My battery seems to be draining fast on the new phone, I hope it won't continue to do that, I wonder why?

It's because the phone is downloading and syncing data and indexing your files in the background.

It will take a couple of days to settle down to normal.
