Hi, I’ve just set up my new iPhone but no idea what the eSIM stuff is?
should’ve just chosen regular sim. Not a clue what to do. Help online says it should say on my homepage to download it or there should be a qr code? Where is any of this I can’t see it?

You should have received an esim pack if you wanted to use esim, and for 99% of people you dont need esim...

If you cant see it in my o2, you will need to pop into an o2 store with photo ID, and get the esim pack.

There is a guide by Apple on how to install it

Do you know where it would be in my o2? I’ve looked at the app and site. This is so frustrating!
why is it so complicated?!

What is the pack? I just have the phone. Is something from the parcel?

Esims are meant for more technical users, and it should be under Sim Cards, Install Sim, and then esim option..

If not, then you will need to go to the o2 store and get either a plastic sim or an esim pack

Is this an upgrade???? If so then just use your old sim card...
