Hi I have a new iPhone 12 mini, and have performed a sim swap. Everything works fine except when there is no Wi-Fi it cannot find any internet (even though my old phone and other devices can). What can I do please?

Have you got the correct APN details @Al-B ?
Try texting "Active" to 2020 and save the settings you get sent.

If that doesn't help, does the new sim work in the old phone (does the internet work without WiFi)?

If yes, there might be an issue with the phone.

If no, then it might be account related.

As we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks
