Hi! I bought a Samsung A54 5G this morning, and after setting it up, I have a couple of issues which need resolving. First, I need to change the message centre number as I am on PAYG, and - unlike with my previous handset - I don't seem to be able to do this. Second, all - and I mean ALL - of the photos and images (emojis included!) are displaying as 'negatives'. Can you help?! Thank you!

@nicclesb

The message centre number is set by the sim card, so you need to get a new PAYG sim and do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
