New O2 sim - PAC code

Just received new O2 sim. I gave my PAC code (leaving Three) when I signed up to O2.

I've put the new SIM in my phone and have a new number - which came with the O2 sim.

Do I just need to wait for the transfer or do I need to do anything else?

Should I cancel Three or does the PAC transfer do that?

When you used your PAC it cancelled your previous contract.

Hi @Micky777

The PAC code should cancel it, but there have been problems with the transfer not being registered if it is entered when signing up.

Try completing the form linked below. Otherwise you would need to contact customer services.

Hey @Micky777

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks
