So, my data has run out on my phone and now I can’t access internet whatsoever.
Spoke to a guru this morning who asked me reset the network. Which I did. That didn’t work. Then I reset the whole phone. That didn’t work. So now I have no internet on my phone unless I add a bolt on or upgrade my phone. He told me to go to my internet provider but I don’t see why that will work as the internet is fine in the house and all other devices work. Any ideas?

Hi @Angelina2

If your data has run out then you need to buy a bolt on I'm afraid.

Mobile data has nothing to do with your wifi.

Try forgetting the wifi connection on your phone then reboot the router before reconnecting. This will flush your DNS and may help.

Otherwise your pone may have gone faulty so it will need to be assessed and repaired if necessary.

Maybe under sim settings or data @Angelina2

It varies by phone.
