Network getting worse

For about 2 years I've been playing online games via my mobile network on my break. For the longest time I've had zero issue with it but since around the summer it's become more and more difficult to play and recently I've had what amounts to total blackouts of Mobile data during my breaks. Any possible reason for this? Anything I could do to possibly rectify this?
