Hi i reported an issue with my service when i leave the house im not getting mobile data despite still having a data allowance my phone shows im recieving data but for some reason it wont let me use it i reported the network issue while at my grans her postcode is ka257bd

It is my phone has the little 4g sign next to the signal bar but for some reason the data isnt working its ever since i updated to android 11
