This is a query for the number I have to my Samsung J5.
Phone was working absolutely fine yesterday and then, around lunchtime, dropped off the network completely. I have a little circle in the top right side of the phone, no bars and no 4G indicators are present. Have toggled airplane mode, re-started, re-powered, cleaned SIM. In my Settings under 'Mobile Networks' and 'Access Point Names' there is an option to Edit "O2 Pay Monthy" (the only Access Point Name" available although it won't actually let me change anything.
I have selected 'Network Operator' and 'Search Networks' where it lists the main providers in the area, to try and get back on the network. When it tried to connect to O2-UK I get the message "Registering to O2-UK", it spins and then tells me "Unable to connect".
I have already rung the O2 Contact centre who said the next step would be to try the Gurus....:)
Grateful for all/any assistance!

Hi @LG1
Have you checked your network status? https://status.o2.co.uk/

You could try a soft reset by Holding volume down and power buttons together for about 15 seconds. Release and let the phone reboot.

Hi - thanks for the reply! Have been checking service status since yesterday and just have a generic 'Busier than usual network', confirmed also when I was on the phone to O2.
Just done the soft reset now.....no change.

Then I suggest you get in touch with Samsung who are running a live chat option.
