Need to switch from business account to personal account

Got a new phone but need to switch from business account so that I can keep my existing number.  Can't get thro to anyone to arrange the swap and unable to switch sim online or by text either it seems.  Help!

Should be 8002 for business customer service but all other numbers we know here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
