HELP WITH NETWORK!! For the past couple of days I have had no network.

I have tried to get assistance online but the VA is pants. No matter what time of day I try the chat, agents are always busy.

SUPPORT IS APPALING!!  I can only use my phone when I am on the Wi-Fi. The data coverage and signal coverage is rubbish. I have tried everything in support articles restarted my phone, removed sim card, YES I have signed up for alerts but how am I meant to receive the text messages without any signals. I have also checked the signal online and its working fine!!

I am receiving no support from o2 so putting this out in the community to see if there is anyone that can help me.

@BP05

I'd be inclined to pop in store and get a new sim card.

It's possible that yours has failed.

@BP05

You need to determine if it's a phone fault or sim fault first (assuming no network issues O2 Service Status )

Swapping your sim to a different phone and trying a different sim in your phone etc.

I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro, I put my sim into an iPhone 11 and there is still no network on my phone.

OK. So either a network fault or your SIM.

If you have no network anywhere I would say faulty SIM

If the network comes on elsewhere then there is a local network problem.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Most likely a sim or network issue @BP05

Did you check here for issues? O2 Service Status
