My incoming callers have been no caller I.D only for months now. Ive swapped the sim, changed phone, tried every step by step task to try and fix this and still nothing. This is also along with having about 7 phone calls with o2 where everytime they say it will be resloved or they will call back. Please can someone help.

@Sned123

The only fix for this that we know of is to ask O2 to do a network disconnection and reconnection.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

The only fix that seems to work is to ask customer service to reset your account

That entails them disconnecting your account and then reconnecting it

There will a short interval where you have no network

You must insist they do this rather than being fobbed off by their advisers

This is the fix other customers have reported back

Initially though, your first point of contact is customer service

This is a last resort solution but you need to call them and insist  maybe repeatedly

As I say, getting someone who knows what they are doing and being able to do the disconnection is extremely difficult.
