Hi I’ve paid for an upgrade, but I didn’t collect the phone in time from the store, how do I get it?

Check if the store still has it.

If they have returned it, the upgrade will be cancelled and you will be able to upgrade again when it shows in your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
