You need to contact O2.

@Clarky If you're waiting for your reactivation because of a late payment and you've only just paid, be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for any payment to clear O2's account. As this is Friday, and also a Bank Holiday weekend it's unlikely that anything will change regarding your account until early next week.
