I accidently dropped my phone down the toilet. I've tried drying it as best as I can but it looks like it could be a lost cause. I dont think my local O2 shop is open, so what can I do to get a repair or a replacement?

It's not advisable to try and repair a water damaged device as there are inevitably further problems later on.

You can order a phone online from anywhere, just make sure it is either on the O2 network or unlocked (sometimes called SIM free).

Check Amazon, Argos, the O2 online shop, giffgaff website etc.

Have you tried putting it in a bag of rice on the airing cupboard to dry off?

Is it insured? If so claim from that. If O2 insurance https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

If not, water damaged phones cost a lot to be repaired and generally are unusable.

You may want to ring the manufacturer to see a price for repairs, or O2 repairs link is here
