@Dobis

If you have insurance from O2 O2 Insurance | Help & Support | O2

If not with O2, check home insurance or bank accounts.

If a repair is needed Device repairs | Help & Support | O2

Or contact the phone manufacturer directly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It depends whether you have insurance

If not you can either pay for the repair with O2 or by the manufacturer

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Depending on the age and value of your 'phone, you could also consider using a local mobile 'phone repair shop or a general business offering screen repairs - one that comes to mind is Timpsons.

@Janwwms

You mentioned on your thread that your 'phone was only four weeks' old. I don't think that @Dobis should take that as setting a precedent as iPhone screen repairs are usually far more expensive. As @jonsie indicated, it all depends on whether the handset is still within its guarantee period or is covered by some kind of insurance.
