Hello I’ve paid a late bill Over 24 hours ago But my phone is not activated

It can take upto 48 hours for your line to be reactivated after an account has been suspended for late payment. 

Call o2 on 0800 902 0217 and they can assist an hopefully reconnect you.

The payment has to clear into O2's systems before service will be restored, @Mick-02 - and as it is a long holiday weekend, it may not be reactivated until Weds or so. Contact O2's specific Payment Management number - 0800 902 0217 - free from any landline. Good luck!
