Hello, my phone has been cut off, I made a promise to pay on the 13th of April so assure this didn’t happen as I have outstanding of one months bil, I rang twice to ensure this didn’t happen, but they’ve cut my phone off, my phone number isand my name is

You need to download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype 

Then you need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
