My o2 app isnt working i have tried deleting and reinstalling however still not working. Can someone reset this for me?

I can log on here however it has no details about my contract or phone it just gives me my email address and gives me the option to update this.

This is why you need to contact O2 as I said above. They probably need to reset your account.

Many people have complained of the same issue recently, particularly if they are on the new billing system.
