My o2 app isnt working i have tried deleting and reinstalling however still not working. Can someone reset this for me?

We can't do that on here as you need someone to access your account.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

I can log on here however it has no details about my contract or phone it just gives me my email address and gives me the option to update this.
