My o2 account problem/won’t let me login

I am trying to access my account on My o2 but every time I login with my email or my phone number it says that I don’t have any products or services with o2 when I do. When I try and login on the app it says that I should get in touch as the app is not yet available to me and should get in touch with you if it has been more than 48 hours. I reached out to customer services on twitter and they told me to come here

@TillyxMurphyinteresting that O2 told you to come here rofl

There are major problems with the My O2 app currently. I have managed to access mine via PC. You could try another browser, or just wait. It will update itself eventually

If you are still having problems then maybe try calling CS

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
