My network was cut off. I wanted to upload but I couldn't. It asks for a postal code. I live in Turkey. It doesn't accept this postal code.  Can you turn my network back on?but I couldn't. This is not O2 but a community of Customers so we can't access accounts.

Not quite sure what you want to do, is it top up a PAYG phone?

Could be lots of reasons you have been cut off.
