My messages appear on another sim

I moved my wife over to o2 a couple of months ago and we have separate numbers on the same my O2 account.

when my wife calls people it comes up as me and not her plus also she gets my voicemail messages too even though we have completely separate numbers.

how do we rectify this?

Sounds like she has your number on her sim or set in the phone.

Shared iTunes accounts can create this issue if you both have iPhones?
