Hello, 

I am a new customer with 02 and I took out a contract on 5 December and applied the discount of 25% which should ideally bring my monthly bill down to £41 a month, however I have just checked my account and I have been charged £49. Please can you explain why?

If not showing then it looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
